Catherine was born about 1765 in Randolph County, Virginia. Catherine's father was Francis Riffle and her mother was UNKNOWN Eleanor. Her paternal grandparents were Frederick Riffle and Elizabeth Craft. She had four brothers and a sister, named Peter, Francis, Jacob, John and Susan. She died after 1805.General Notes
