Rosina was born on September 17th, 1757 in Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland.  Rosina's father was Jean Bonnet.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 76 on February 15th, 1834 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania.


Rosina's family with Peter Ankney

‌Rosina and Peter were married in a religious ceremony in 1775 in Clear Spring, Frederick County, Maryland.  They had eight sons and four daughters, named Theobald, Isaac, Peter, John, Henry, Jacob, Isaac, Joseph, Catherine, Elizabeth, Rosina and Susanna.
