Henry Ankeny 
Henry was born on January 12th, 1790 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Henry's father was Peter Ankney and his mother was Rosina Bonnet. His paternal grandparents were Dewalt Johan Ankney and Mary Jane Dorner; his maternal grandfather was Jean Bonnet. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Theobald, Isaac, Peter, John, Jacob, Isaac, Joseph, Catherine, Elizabeth, Rosina and Susanna. He is the sixth youngest of the twelve children.-
