Theobald Ankeny

Theobald was born on September 10th, 1780 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Theobald's father was Peter Ankney and his mother was Rosina Bonnet. His paternal grandparents were Dewalt Johan Ankney and Mary Jane Dorner; his maternal grandfather was Jean Bonnet. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Isaac, Peter, John, Henry, Jacob, Isaac, Joseph, Catherine, Elizabeth, Rosina and Susanna. He is the second oldest of the twelve children.
