Matilda of was born before 1100.  Matilda of's father was Stephen Henry the Sage of Blois and her mother was Adela de Normandy.  Her paternal grandfather was Theobald III (Thibaut I de Champagne) of Blois and her paternal grandmother is Alix de Crepi; her maternal grandparents were William I the Conqueror of England and Mathilda of Flanders. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Humbert of, Stephen de Blois of, Henry of, Philip of, William, Theobald III the Great of, Odo of, Agnes of, Eleanor of, Lithiuse (Adele) of, Alice of and Emma of.  She died in December 1119 in Drowned in the White Ship disaster.
