Frank Spencer 
Frank was born on October 18th, 1883 in Noel, Missouri. Frank's father was Samuel Grant Spencer and his mother was Martha Ann Lowery. His paternal grandparents were Aquilla Spencer and Elizabeth Records; his maternal grandparents were Cornelius Lowery and Elizabeth Garver. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Cornelius, John C., Edward Samuel, James Presley, Charles Ernest, Ella L., Mary Emma, Martha "Pearl" and Maud Bertha. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 96 on March 5th, 1980 in Jerome, Idaho. He was buried on March 8th, 1980 in 1-O-15, Jerome Cemetery, Jerome Co., Idaho.-
