Morris Edwards 
Morris was born on October 20th, 1814 in Ashe Co., NC. Morris' father was David Edwards and his mother was Elizabeth Andrews. His paternal grandparents were David Edwards, Sr and Elizabeth Morris; his maternal grandparents were William Anders and Hannah Holiday. He had six brothers and four sisters, named William, Richard, Henry, Berry, David, Hiram, Sallie, Mahala, Thursey and Elizabeth Betsy. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Solomon Osborn and Phoebe. He died at the age of 84 on September 27th, 1899 in Marshall, Saline Co., Missouri.-
