Edward was born about 1705 in North Farnham Parish, Richmond, Virginia. Edward's father was Edward Morris and his mother was Elizabeth Presley. His paternal grandparents were Anthony Morris and Dorothy Sanford. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Jesse, John, Elizabeth, Mary, Susanna and Ann. He died on October 2nd, 1752 in North Farnham Parish, Richmond, Virginia.-
