Thomas Benjamin was born on November 4th, 1674 in Culpepper Co., VA. Thomas Benjamin's father was Thomas R. Edwards and his mother was Elizabeth Mary Hael. His paternal grandparents are William Edwards and Jonet Reese; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Hael\Hall and Mary Elizabeth Drury. He had three brothers and a sister, named Robert Thomas, William Haden, Jonathan and Martha Franky. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 75 in September 1750 in Culpepper Co., VA.-
