David Edwards 
David was born on April 16th, 1774 in Orange Co., NC. David's father was David Edwards, Sr and his mother was Elizabeth Morris. His paternal grandparents were John Edwards and Mary Campbell; his maternal grandparents were Edward Morris, Jr and Elizabeth Hammond. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Archibald, Nathaniel, Starling, John, William, Susan, Mary Polly, Elizabeth and Sarah Sally. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 54 on October 5th, 1828 in Ashe Co., NC.-
