Rachael DALTON 
Rachael was born in 1746 in Goochland, Albermarle Co., Va. Rachael's father was Samuel DALTON and her mother was Ann Dandridge "Nancy" REDD. Her paternal grandfather was William DALTON and her paternal grandmother is Elizabeth (DALTON); her maternal grandfather is George REDD and her maternal grandmother was Anne DANDRIDGE. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel, David, Robert, William, John, Letitia (Letty), Mary, Jane, Ann "Nancey", Rachel, Sarah Matilda and Virginia "Jenny". She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 90 in 1836 in Snow Creek, Stokes Co., Nc. She was buried about 1836 in Snow Creek, Stokes Co., Nc.General Notes
