Elijah Morton 
Elijah was born in 1722 in Richmond, Virginia. Elijah's father was William Morton and his mother was Ann Mothershead. His paternal grandparents were John Morton and Deborah; his maternal grandparents were George Mothershead and Mary Quisenberry. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Joseph H., George, Jeremiah, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary and Ann. He was the oldest of the eight children.-

William R. was born on December 18th, 1753 in Orange Co., Virginia. He died at the age of 57 on January 30th, 1811 in Logan County, Kentucky. He was buried in Old Caldwell GraveyardRussellville, Logan County, Kentucky.
