Isabella (Marshall) was born on October 9th, 1200 in Pembroke Castle, Pembrokeshire, Wales, England.  Isabella (Marshall)'s father was William Mareschal and her mother was Isabel FitzGilbert de Clare.  Her paternal grandparents were John "le Mareschal" fitz Gilbert and Sybil d'Evereaux; her maternal grandparents were Richard "Strongbow" de Clare and Aoife (Eve) McMurrough. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Gilbert, Richard, Walter, Anselm, Margaret, Maud, Eve, Sibyl and Joane.  She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.  She died in Berkhampstead, Hereford Co., Engalnd.  She was buried in Beaulieu, Southampton, England.

‌Isabella (Marshall) and Gilbert were married in a religious ceremony on October 9th, 1217.  They had three sons and seven daughters, named Richard, William, Gilbert, Maud, Joan, Susan, Amica, Isabella, Adeliza and Agnes.

‌Isabella (Marshall) and Richard were married in a religious ceremony on March 30th, 1231 in Fawley Church, Buckingham, England.  They had three sons and a daughter, named Henry, Nicholas, John and Isabel.
