Henry Whitney 
Henry was born on July 29th, 1715 in Ridgefield,CT. Henry's father was Henry Whitney and his mother was Elizabeth Olmstead. His paternal grandparents were *John Whitney and *Elizabeth Smith; his maternal grandparents were John Olmstead and Elizabeth Pardie. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Daniel, Richard, James, Elizabeth, Jerusha and Betty. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
