William Pruett 
William was born on April 18th, 1809 in KY. William's father was Bright Pruett and his mother was Annister. His paternal grandparents were Michael Pruett and Elizabeth Bright. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Eli, James, Michael, Phoebe, Elizabeth, Matilda, Mahala, Nancy and Hannah. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He had three half-sisters named Catherine C., Margaret E. and Anna Crow.General Notes
