Frank Cecil was born on October 15th, 1872 in of Oakenden,Port Mackay,Queensland,Australia. Frank Cecil's father was Arthur Kemmis and his mother was Emily Slatyer Gibson. His paternal grandparents were Arthur Kemmis and Aphra Raymond. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Arthur Hume Raymond, Ernst Sydney, Vivian Maughan, Lionel de Camois, Cyril Guy, Gerald Wilfred, Mary Aphrasia May, Emily Florence Minna, Amy Constance, Ida Myzra and Ruby Muriel. He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. He had a half-brother named Arthur Alexander. He died at the age of 49 in July 1922.General Notes
