Martha Young

Martha was born in 1749.¹   Martha's father was Robert Young and her mother was Mary Douglass.  Her maternal grandparents were Jonathon Douglass and UNKNOWN Jemima. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named John, Samuel, James, Robert, Charles, William, Thomas, Joseph, Agnes, Jane, Margaret, Elizabeth and Mary.  She was the sixth youngest of the fourteen children.
