Margaret Young

Margaret was born in 1743 in ,Orange County,VA.¹   Margaret's father was Robert Young and her mother was Mary Douglass.  Her maternal grandparents were Jonathon Douglass and UNKNOWN Jemima. She had eight brothers and five sisters, named John, Samuel, James, Robert, Charles, William, Thomas, Joseph, Agnes, Jane, Martha, Elizabeth and Mary.  She was the sixth oldest of the fourteen children.  She died at the age of 50 on July 11th, 1793 in ,Montgomery,VA.

‌Margaret and William were married in a religious ceremony on January 11th, 1765 in ,Augusta County,VA.  They had a son named John Wallis.
