Sarah Ellen was born on June 12th, 1851 in Shelby IN. Sarah Ellen's father was Thomas Ignatius Worland and her mother was Sarah Ann Thompson. Her paternal grandparents were John Worland and Catherine Gough. She had eight brothers and four sisters, named John Middleton, Morris, Joseph Masson, Thomas, Charles Boris, George Henry, Tobias (Toby), James, Mary Elizabeth, Susan Frances, Theresa and Louella (Ella). She was the third oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 62 on January 17th, 1914 in Shelbyville,Shelby,IN.-
