Cecil W was born on November 22nd, 1912. Cecil W's father was Harry THURSTON and his mother was Rosa Riser. His maternal grandparents were Charles E Riser and Mary Catherine Bassett. He had three brothers named Everett, Floyd and Lloyd. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 38 in January 1951 in Washella,WA.-
