Daniel Searls

Daniel was born on May 6th, 1775 in New York.  Daniel's father was John Searls and his mother was Hannah Ireland.  His maternal grandparents were Adam Ireland and Martha Fowler. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Isaiah, Adam, John, Caleb, Isaac, Mary, Sarah, Charity, Rhoda, Hannah and Phebe.  He was the second youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 79 on July 28th, 1854 in Hinckley,Medina Co,Ohio.

‌Daniel and Martha were married in a religious ceremony on July 7th, 1798 in New York.  They had two sons and three daughters, named John, Adam, Anna B, Hannah and Martha.

‌Daniel and Phebe were married in a religious ceremony on March 6th, 1807 in New York.  They had eight sons and three daughters, named William, James, Gilbert, Daniel Jr, Henry, Caleb, Isaiah, Solomon, Hannah M, Charity and Abigail.
