Phebe Searls

Phebe was born on April 7th, 1772 in New York.  Phebe's father was John Searls and her mother was Hannah Ireland.  Her maternal grandparents were Adam Ireland and Martha Fowler. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Isaiah, Adam, John, Caleb, Daniel, Isaac, Mary, Sarah, Charity, Rhoda and Hannah.  She was the third youngest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 54 on November 15th, 1826 in New York.  She was buried in Searles Family Cemetery,New Baltimore,Greene Co,New York.

‌Phebe and Gideon were married in a religious ceremony about 1793 in ? New York.
