Her paternal grandparents were Nathan Goodrich and Susannah Lucy Whetzel; her maternal grandparents were John Brothers and Mary Polly Hedges. She had two brothers named Nathan and Cyrus. She died at the age of 74 on August 7th, 1896 in ,Shelby,IN. She was buried in Forest Hill Cemetery,Shelby,IN.-
