Her paternal grandparents were John , K.G., 3rd Lord Neville of Rab de Neville and Maude , Lady Neville de Percy; her maternal grandparents were John "Of Gaunt" of England and Catherine de Roet. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named Sir Richard , K.G., Earl Salisbury, Henry, Thomas, Cuthbert, Robert, William, John, George, Edward , I, Baron of Abergavenny, Joan, Catherine, Eleanor , Countess Northumberland and Cecily , Duchess of York. She had two half-brothers and eight half-sisters, named John, Sir Ralph, Maud, Alice, Phillippa , Lady Dacre, Elizabeth, Anne, Anastasia, Margaret , Lady Scrope and Cicely.
