Cicely was born on May 3rd, 1415 in Raby Castle,Raby,Durham,England.1   Cicely's father was Sir Ralph , K.G., 1st Earl of Westmor de Neville and her mother was Joan De Beaufort.  Her paternal grandparents were John , K.G., 3rd Lord Neville of Rab de Neville and Maude , Lady Neville de Percy; her maternal grandparents were John "Of Gaunt" of England and Catherine de Roet. She had twenty half-brothers and eighteen half-sisters, named John, Sir Ralph, Sir Richard , K.G., Earl Salisbury, Henry, Thomas, Cuthbert, Robert, William, John, George, Edward , I, Baron of Abergavenny, Richard, Henry De, Thomas De, Cuthbert De, Robert, William, John De, George, Edward, Maud, Alice, Phillippa , Lady Dacre, Elizabeth, Anne, Anastasia, Margaret , Lady Scrope, Joan, Catherine, Eleanor , Countess Northumberland, Anne, Cecily , Duchess of York, Mary De, Catherine De, Joan, Eleanor, Anne De and Cecily.  She died at the age of 80 on May 31st, 1495 in Berkhamstead Castle,Berkhamstead,Hertfordshire,England.  She was buried in Collegiate Church of Fotheringhay,Northamptonshire,England.1 1

‌Cicely and Richard , 3rd Duke of York, K.G. were married in a religious ceremony before October 18th, 1424 in ,Yorkshire,England.2   They had eight sons and five daughters, named Edward IV , King of England, Edmund , Earl of Rutland, William, John, George , Duke of Clarence, Thomas, Richard III , King of England, Henry, Joan, Anne, Elizabeth, Margaret and Ursula.
