Lucille Mildred was born on March 10th, 1909 in Monroe County, Indiana. Lucille Mildred's father was Aaron Wampler and her mother was Rosezetta Frances Shields. Her paternal grandparents were John W. Wampler and Delcena Vaught; her maternal grandparents were James Madison Shields and Mary Jane Heltonburg. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Ray, Wendell Marshall, Richard Leon, John Lee, James W., Viola Pearl, Sally Laverne, Wilma Jean, Georgie Bernice and Mary Jo. She was the oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 85 on September 9th, 1994 in Bloomington ,Monroe Co., Indiana. She was buried on September 13th, 1994 in Clear Creek Cemetery, Clear Creek, Monroe Co., Indiana.-
