Ella Adele was born on April 3rd, 1876 in Harrison twsp,Waupaca County,Wisconsin.1 Ella Adele's father was Simon Peder Guthu and her mother was Hellen Bennett. Her paternal grandparents were Peder Torstensen and Ronnaug (Ronnow) Olesdatter; her maternal grandparents were Bennett and Bennett. She had seven brothers and six sisters, named Albert, Clarence Elmer, Charlie, Oscar Palmer, Arthur Simon, Benjamin Hale, Lawrence Sylvester, Willie Rice, Nettie Adel, Jesse Parden, Pearley May, Polly Mae and Helen Pearl. She was the third oldest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 79 on March 22nd, 1956 in Woodruff,Oneida County,Wisconsin.General Notes
