Charles Wesley Coffland 
Charles Wesley was born in 1855 in Belmont County, Ohio.1 Charles Wesley's father was James William Nicholas Coffland and his mother was Sarah Ann Varner. His paternal grandparents were Lancelot Coffland and Eliza Beckett; his maternal grandparents were John "Johnny" Varner Jr and Irena Emma Andrews. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Francis Allen, John H., Eliza Eleanor, Susan I and Mary Emma. He was the third oldest of the six children.-
