Rachel Blount 
Rachel was born on March 6th, 1850 in Blackford County, Indiana.1 Rachel's father was John Henry Blount and her mother was Eliza Markin. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Blount and Sarah Warren; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Markin and Francis Sumter. She had four brothers and three sisters, named George Warren, Lorenzo W, Thomas, John M, Sarah Frances, Mary Etta and Nancy Elizabeth. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 70 on November 7th, 1920 in Blackford County, Indiana.1 -
