John M Blount 
John M was born in 1862 in Blackford County, Indiana.1 John M's father was John Henry Blount and his mother was Eliza Markin. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Blount and Sarah Warren; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Markin and Francis Sumter. He had three brothers and four sisters, named George Warren, Lorenzo W, Thomas, Sarah Frances, Mary Etta, Rachel and Nancy Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 53 in 1915 in Lincoln County, Kansas.1 -
