Mary Etta Blount 
Mary Etta was born on January 15th, 1846 in Blackford County, Indiana.1 Mary Etta's father was John Henry Blount and her mother was Eliza Markin. Her paternal grandparents were Andrew Blount and Sarah Warren; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Markin and Francis Sumter. She had four brothers and three sisters, named George Warren, Lorenzo W, Thomas, John M, Sarah Frances, Rachel and Nancy Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 72 on June 18th, 1918 in Glaveston, Cass County, Indiana.1 -
