James W. Vaughn

James W. was born in 1874 in Kellog, IA.¹   James W.'s father was William Vaughn and his mother was Melinda POWELL. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, Charles D., William, Frank, Ben, Elijah B., Albert David, LUCINDA, Georgia, Eva May and Arena Belle.  He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 52 in 1926 in Fort Sam Houston, TX.¹
