Frank Vaughn

Frank was born in 1873 in Kellog, IA.¹   Frank's father was William Vaughn and his mother was Melinda POWELL. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, Charles D., William, James W., Ben, Elijah B., Albert David, LUCINDA, Georgia, Eva May and Arena Belle.  He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children.  He died in Madison, Wisconsin.¹
