Melinda POWELL

Melinda was born about 1840 in Missouri.¹  She had five brothers and three sisters, named Charles, John, Cyrus, Jacob, Andrew Jackson, Margaret, Sarah A. and LUCINDA.  She was the second youngest of the nine children.  She died in 1911 in Jasper Co. IA.  She was buried in Our Silent City Cemetery, Kellogg, IA.^2 1
