Charles D. Vaughn

Charles D. was born in 1866 in Kellog, IA.¹   Charles D.'s father was William Vaughn and his mother was Melinda POWELL. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named John Henry, William, Frank, James W., Ben, Elijah B., Albert David, LUCINDA, Georgia, Eva May and Arena Belle.  He was the fourth oldest of the twelve children.  He died in 1866 in lynn Grove, IA.¹
