Jacob POWELL 
Jacob was born on January 18th, 1807 in Kentucky.1 Jacob's father was Charles POWELL and his mother was Sarah Leah GOLDMAN. His paternal grandparents were Charles POWELL and Sarah GHOLSON; his maternal grandfather was Henry Goldman. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Lewis, Henry, John, David, Cyrus, James Walton, Elijah, Goldman, Sarah and Polly. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.General Notes

The Three Sisters are searching for records of this Jacob Powell. He was in Mercer/Washingto n Co. KY ca. 1830. Nothing more is known about him. We do not know if he married or had child ren and do not know if he remained in KY or migrated west like his brothers. Several brother s settled in MO in the 1830/40 period.
