George Steer

George's father was James Steer and his mother was Ursula Steyning.  His paternal grandparents were Thomas Steare and Mary Hawkins. He had eight brothers named James, William, Thomas, Charles, David, Harry, David and Edward.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.
