George Alfred was born on March 31st, 1917. George Alfred's father was Daniel Hext ROWLANDS and his mother was Winifred MORRIS.  His paternal grandparents were Daniel Hext ROWLANDS and Ada TOUZEAU; his maternal grandparents were Alfred MORRIS and Cathleen HODGKINS. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Edward Alfred, Daniel Hext, Isabel, Ivy and Kathleen.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died in 1917.
