Richard did not die in Oct 1850. This is more likely to be Richard an indant, the son of John baptised 2 Feb 1750 at Deane. Also Little Hulton is normally named in Deane records, rather than simply G.B.

The "Hult" is therefore a place, not mother's name. Other records show "Hultonia media" and "Hultonia cedia" and "Hultonia superiori", so probably refering to John Mather of Little Hulton (Deane). This is further supported by "James son of Peter Mather of Little Hulton" being buried 1 Oct at Deane.
