James Wood 
James was born in 1838 in Halliwell. James' father was John Wood and his mother was Martha Singleton. His paternal grandparents were Isaac Wood and Susan (Susy) Livesey; his maternal grandparents were James Singleton and Alice Greenhalgh. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, John, Joseph, Amelia, Mary and Hannah. He was the oldest of the seven children.General Notes
James may have died an infant, as he wasnt with his parents in 1841.
