In 1841, James (60, weaver) was living in Little Bolton with John and Ann Lomax, possibly his sister (TBC).
In 1851 James Singleton (75, formerly a Weaver) was lodging with Samuel and Alice Lord (72 & 66) at 44 Lever Street, Little Bolton.
Family Pictures
James and Alice were married in a religious ceremony on January 1st, 1796 at St. Peter's (Bolton).4 They had four sons and four daughters, named Thomas, John, Amelia, James, Alice, Elizabeth, Sarah and Martha. There are no more children.
