Norman was born in 1913 in Connah's Quay.¹

Birth Notes

Norman's father was Robert Owen Williams and his mother was Hannah Maria Bennett. His maternal grandparents were Benjamin (Banner) Bennett and Emma Millington. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Neville, Robert, Geoffrey, Gwendoline, Vera and Ireen. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 65 in 1978 in Chester.
