Thomas Wilkinson when born and in 1861, but later known as BARLOW.
In 1861, Thomas Wilkinson was a step-son of James Barlow, so must be an illegitimate son of Ann Mather who was unmarried when she married James in 1859.
By 1871, Thomas has assumed the name Barlow, now aged 17 with James and Ann (32 & 36) and family in Little Bolton.
