Randle was born about 1741 in Cuddington by Malpas. Randle's father was Thomas Tomlinson and his mother was Mary Otterhead. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, John, Thomas, William, Randle, Ann, Mary, Mary and Martha.  He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.  He died in March 1741 in Malpas.  He was buried on March 16th, 1741 at St. Oswalds (Malpas).1
