Randle's father was Thomas Tomlinson and his mother was Mary. He had a brother and three sisters, named William, Anne, Mary and Mary. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 57 in June 1806 in Malpas. His burial was on October 24th, 1806 in Malpas.¹
