Joseph was born on October 18th, 1897 in Millard.1 Joseph's father was Anthony (Anthon) Stephenson and his mother was Mary Ann Bennett. His maternal grandparents were Cap John Bennett and Jane Roberts. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Anthony, Ormus, Jane, Catherine, Eva and Clara. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 56 on January 16th, 1954 in Salt Lake County/City.1 Death Notes
