Emily Starkey 
Emily was born in 1896 in Tranmere.1 Emily's father was Richard Henry Starkey and her mother was Emily Hale. Her maternal grandparents were <Unknown> and Louisa Smith. She had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Richard, Charles, James, William, Elizabeth, John, James, Elizabeth and Lillie.General Notes
