James Starkey

James was born in 1877 in Birkenhead.¹   James' father was Richard Henry Starkey and his mother was Ann Jane Roberts. He had two brothers and a sister, named Richard, Charles and Elizabeth.  He was the youngest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Emily.
