Hanah Shaw

Hanah was born in April 1761 in Berry Brow and her baptism took place on April 12th, 1761 in Almondbury.¹

Hanah's father was Thomas Shaw and her mother was Elizabeth Perkin.  Her maternal grandparents were George Parkin and Susana (Hanah) Gleadhill . She had a sister named Martha.  She was the younger of the two children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, and also four half-siblings of unknown gender, named George, Samuel, Sally, Susannah, <child>, <child>, <child> and <child>.
