The Thomas Roscoe that died 1935, aged 91 and Congleton, Cheshire (8a, 386) was married to Harriett Elizabeth Roscoe in 1976 and had a son Percy. They lived at Bootle, Liverpool and retired to Congleton. This Thomas was a teacher from Welshpool, Merrionethshire, Wales.
The Thomas Roscoe that died Neston Q4 1893, aged 44, was born about 1849 (8a, 321) so is most likely another person. Also, Thomas was still with his family in 1901.

In 1881, Thomas and Elizabeth (both 36) were at Crosby, Lancashire. They had two children Mary F (5, born Little Neston) and Thomas J (1). Thomas was born Queensferry, Flintshire (near Hawarden).
In 1891, Thomas and Elizabeth Roscoe (both 46) were at Waterloo, Crosby and had Mary F (15), Thomas J (11), Emily (9) and Catherine A (6).
